  Blo ͞ o Outlier Journal Special issue #2, 2021      SUBMISSIONS ARE NOW CLOSED! Keep checking the blog for updates. We are open to different approaches to haibun and tanka story, and other combinations and variations. Be brave, be bold, send us something you wouldn’t send out elsewhere! This is an outlier journal! Send only ONE :   unpublished haibun (prose+haiku) or tanka story (prose+tanka)  or unpublished haibun (prose+senryu) or kyoka story (prose+kyoka) or unpublished Zuihitsu (max. words 1500) or if in two languages max. 750 words in English. Length/word counts : ultra short (anything from single digits to double digits!) Double digits to 200 words plus one page length (300 to 350 word count) longer haibun (1500 max. word count)...
